2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current and complete information while creating or updating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details, OTP and account access secure. Tabinno may restrict accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
3. Business Listings, Products and Services
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of business details, address, contact information, images, product prices, service prices, availability and descriptions. Tabinno may review, approve, reject, edit or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, duplicate, illegal or against platform quality standards.
4. Product Orders and Service Bookings
Buyers may purchase seller-listed products and book services through Tabinno. Sellers are responsible for accepting, rejecting, fulfilling and communicating order or booking status clearly. Buyers must provide correct address, date, time and contact details where required.
5. Payments, Plans, Commission and Referral Income
Listing packages, promotional plans, referral income, staff commission and vendor/buyer referral benefits are calculated according to the active plan rules shown on the platform. Taxes, GST, payment proof, refunds and approvals may be verified before benefits or listing activation are completed.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to upload fake listings, copied content, harmful files, abusive material, illegal products, misleading offers or any content that violates applicable laws. You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, payment flow, email/OTP systems or other users' accounts.
7. Content and Media Rights
By submitting business details, images, videos, service information or product content, you confirm that you have the right to use that material and allow Tabinno to display it on the website, app, promotional pages and related platform areas.
8. Verification and Platform Review
Tabinno may ask for KYC, payment proof, business proof or other verification details. Verification badges, approval status and listing visibility may depend on successful review by Tabinno or authorized staff/admin users.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
Tabinno provides a technology platform for discovery, listing, product ordering and service booking. Individual sellers remain responsible for their business operations, product/service quality, delivery, appointments and customer commitments.
10. Updates to These Terms
Tabinno may update these Terms from time to time to improve security, compliance, platform quality or business workflows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
