1. Overview

Tabinno respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal, business and transaction information responsibly. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit Tabinno, create an account, register as a buyer or seller, add a business listing, buy products, book services, upload payment proof, use referrals, or interact with staff/admin support.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Tabinno, we may collect the following information:

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, password, Google login identifier, profile image and account type such as buyer, seller or staff.
  • Verification and KYC details: address, bank details, UPI ID, Aadhaar/PAN or other verification information submitted for vendor/staff workflows where applicable.
  • Business listing details: business name, category, description, images, videos, country, state, city, area, address, latitude, longitude, opening schedule, amenities, social links, products and services.
  • Order and booking details: cart items, product order data, service booking data, quantity, preferred date/time, delivery/service address, seller response, cancellation reason and order/booking status.
  • Payment and plan details: listing packages, payment method, transaction ID, payment proof screenshot, amount, GST/tax related values, referral and commission records.
  • Security data: OTP records, login sessions, reset-password tokens, browser/device data, IP-related logs and activity needed to detect misuse or protect accounts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate and improve Tabinno, including:

  • Creating and securing user, seller, staff and admin accounts.
  • Verifying email/OTP, login attempts, password reset requests and account ownership.
  • Reviewing, approving, displaying and managing business listings.
  • Processing product orders, service bookings, seller approvals, cancellations and notifications.
  • Calculating package validity, referral income, vendor/staff commission and withdrawal requests.
  • Sending important emails such as OTP, order updates, booking updates, listing approval and support messages.
  • Improving search, location filtering, user experience, fraud prevention and platform safety.

4. Google Login and Third-Party Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Tabinno may receive your Google account name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. We use this information only to create or access your Tabinno account and improve login convenience.

5. Location and Map Data

Sellers may add business location details manually or through browser GPS permission. Listing location data may be shown publicly so buyers can discover businesses and request directions. Users can deny browser location permission and manually enter address details where available.

6. When We Share Information

Tabinno does not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when needed for platform operations, such as:

  • Sharing buyer order or booking details with the relevant seller for fulfilment.
  • Showing public listing details, images, services, products, reviews and contact options to visitors.
  • Sharing staff/vendor work and referral information with authorized admins for reporting and commission processing.
  • Using service providers for email delivery, hosting, payment processing, analytics, security or support.
  • Complying with legal requirements, fraud investigations or safety obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including OTP verification, access-controlled admin/staff panels, password hashing and restricted workflows for sensitive actions. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep passwords and OTPs confidential.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, complete orders/bookings, resolve disputes, process commissions, satisfy legal/accounting requirements and protect platform safety. Some public listing data may remain visible while the listing is active or under review.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may update your profile information from your account where available. You may contact Tabinno support to request correction, review or deletion of certain data, subject to platform, security, legal, order, booking and accounting requirements.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Tabinno may use cookies or similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure performance and improve the website experience. Browser settings may allow you to control or delete cookies.

11. Children's Privacy

Tabinno is intended for users who can lawfully use business listing, shopping and booking services. Users should not submit information if they are not permitted to use such services under applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Tabinno features, laws, security practices or business workflows change. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
